What we collect

Smart Price Scheduler accesses product and variant data (titles, SKUs, prices, compare-at prices, and unit costs) from your Shopify store solely to preview and apply the price changes you request. We store your shop domain, store currency and timezone, and a snapshot of prices changed by each job so changes can be reverted.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or process any customer personal data, orders, or payment information.

Data retention and deletion

Price snapshots are kept so you can revert jobs; you can delete jobs older than 90 days from within the app. When you uninstall the app, scheduled jobs are cancelled immediately and all stored data for your shop is permanently deleted following Shopify's mandatory shop/redact process (within 48 hours of uninstall).
